High season +20%: 20 December – 6 January, Easter week, Carnival.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Payment: bank transfer cleared 15 days before boarding, cash also accepted. A deposit confirms the booking. Card payments once our booking platform goes live.
*AIR CONDITIONING — please update, the old wording undersells the boat*
There is no generator aboard. Power comes from a solar array and battery bank I engineered and installed myself — no generator noise, no fumes, no vibration at anchor.
• *Evenings:* first 2 hours included, then $20 per hour up to 4. Runs silently off the battery bank, cools the cabins before bed.
• *All night:* $200. This runs off the engines, which carry high-output alternators for the purpose.
Most guests find the evening cooling is enough and prefer the boat silent overnight. On a hot evening I usually put it on before anyone asks.
*FOOD — three meals a day, all included*
_Breakfast_
Croissants baked fresh that morning. A plate of tropical fruit. Cheeses and cold cuts. Eggs cooked however they like them, or cereal.
_Lunch_
A different dish each day — we don’t repeat on the same guests. Fresh fish or chicken, seared or fried, with rice or beans and vegetables or salad.
_Dinner_
Lobster Thermidor with salad in season only. Grilled octopus with salad. Beef with baked potato. Neapolitan pizza from the pizza oven — we make a pizza night of it for guests staying several days.
_Dessert_
Berry or tropical fruit sorbet with chocolate. Brownie. Banana flan. Nutella pizza on request.
Between meals there’s fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit on the main table, kept topped up all day.
*DRINKS — included*
Purified and mineralised water, still or sparkling.
Beer — Balboa, Corona, Atlas Golden, others on request.
Soft drinks — Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Fresca, Sprite, Canada Dry, others on request.
Spirits and cocktails — rum, whisky, vodka, gin, liqueurs. Smirnoff Ice in several flavours. We’ll mix whatever they’d like.
White wine, always chilled and served in a bucket.
Red wine, poured at the table with dinner.
Champagne on ice — usually the last night, or for anything they’re celebrating.
Espresso, cappuccino, latte, and a wide selection of teas.
If anyone has allergies or dietary requirements, tell me at booking and we’ll build around them.
*EQUIPMENT*
4 fridges, 2 freezers, watermaker, ice maker, pizza oven, espresso machine, popcorn machine, blender.
Projector and big screen. Board games and cards. Yoga mats. Sun beds.
2 paddleboards, snorkelling gear for 6, foam noodles, fishing gear.
3.6m dinghy with 25hp — which is what gets us to the beaches and snorkelling spots the bigger boats can’t reach.
For the beach: towels, cooler, sun umbrella, frisbee, volleyball and net, American football.
*OTHER*
Special occasions — if a guest tells us what they’re celebrating when they book, we prepare what we can. The more notice, the more we can arrange. Ask me for their dates and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Routing is built around the group rather than a fixed circuit, and adjusted daily for weather and for what they’re enjoying.
